Lenalidomide is a medication used to treat multiple myeloma, smoldering myeloma, and myelodysplastic syndromes. For multiple myeloma, it is a first-line treatment, and is given with dexamethasone. It is taken by mouth.

Composition:
Each 5 ml of reconstituted suspension
contains: Mycophenolate Mofetil IP..1 g
Excipients..q.s.
Dosage: As directed by the Physician.
Storage: Store dry powder at a temperature not exceeding 30°C, protected from moisture.
Directions for reconstitution: Tap the closed bottle several times to loosen the powder. Measure 94 ml of purified water and add approximately half of the total amount of purified water to the bottle and shake the closed bottle well for about 1 minute. Add the remainder of water and shake the closed bottle well for about 1 minute.
Shake bottle well before use.

Discard any unused portion 60 days after reconstitution.
