Composition:
Each vial contains Cefuroxime Sodium IP equivalent to Anhydrous Cefuroxime 1.5 g
Each ampoule contains: Sterile Water for Injections IP 20 ml.
Dosage: As directed by the Physician.
Store in tightly closed containers, protected from moisture at a temperature not exceeding 30°C.
Direction for use: Dissolve the
content in 15 ml sterile water for injections IP for I.V. use and in 50 ml/100 ml for intravenous infusion. The reconstituted solutionhould be
used immediately after preparation. After reconstitution it should be used within 5 hours of preparation if stored at a temperature below 25°C or within 24 hours if stored between 2°C and 8°C After reconstitution, do not use in case any foreign particulate matter is observed inside the vial.

equivalent to   
Anhydrous Aztreonam .. 1000mg
(added L-arginine as buffer)
Aztreonam is a sterile, dry mixture of Aztreonam and L-Arginine. The L-Arginine, at an approximate 780 mg/g of Aztreonam, is added
to control the pH of the reconstituted solution at 4.5-7.5
Dosage: As directed by the Physician. Read Patient information leaflet carefully before use.
Direction for use:
Reconstitute the contents of the vial in 6 ml to 10 ml of Sterile Water for Injections IP for IV use and 3 ml of Sterile Water for Injections IP for IM use.
The reconstituted solution should be used immediately after preparation.
Storage: Store at temperature not exceeding 30°C. Protect from light. Do not freeze.
Keep out of reach of children.

• Teicoplanin IP 400mg
• Sterile powder for preparation of intramuscular or intravenous injection.

• To be used as directed by the physician.
• Directions for use: see insert.
• Keep out of the reach of the children. 
• Store below 25°C.
• The vials should be protected from heat.
• Reconstituted solutions should be stored under refrigeration (5°C) and solutions stored for longer than 24 hours be discarded.
