Each vial contains:

Dosage : As directed by the Physician.
Reconstitute by adding 12 ml of Sterile Water for Injections I.P. (Supplied with this pack) to get concentration of 4 mg/ml of Amphotericin B. Dilute further before administration.
Each carton contains one pre packed disposable sterile 5 pm Syringe filter and 12 ml of Sterile Water for Injections
Reconstituted dispersion should be used immediately after filtration. Dispersion to be protected from light during administration.
