Each Vial Contains:
Piperacillin Sodium IP (Sterile) equivalent to Piperacillin4 gm
Tazobactam Sodium IP (Sterile) equivalent to Tazobactam 500 mg
Dosage:
As directed by the Physician.
Prior to Reconstitution :
Store at controlled room temperature.
Use immediately after reconstitution. Discard any unused portion. After reconstitution, do not use in case any foreign particulate matter is observed inside the vial.
Diluent for reconstitution, see pack insert.
