Trastuzumab is an injectable medication used to treat certain types of breast and stomach cancers that are "HER2-positive". It is a targeted therapy, which works by attaching to the HER2 protein on cancer cells, blocking their growth signals, and prompting the immune system to destroy them.

Caution: Gemcitabine Hydrochloride is cytotoxic; Extra care required to prevent inhaling and exposing the skin to it.
Reconstitution: To reconstitute add
at least 5 ml of 0.9% Sodium Chloride Injection (without preservative) to the 200 mg vial to make a solution containing not greater than 40 mg/ml. Shake to dissolve.
Discard unused portion.

TEMOSTED 250
Temozolomide is used to treat certain types of brain tumors. Temozolomide is in a class of medications called alkylating agents. It works by slowing or stopping the growth of cancer cells in your body.

ALRUBICIN 100
Epirubicin injection is used together with other cancer medicines to treat breast cancer in patients who have had surgery to remove the tumor. Epirubicin belongs to the group of medicines called antineoplastics. It interferes with the growth of cancer cells, which are eventually destroyed.

Rituximab is a monoclonal antibody medication primarily used to treat certain types of cancer and autoimmune diseases. It works by targeting and binding to the CD20 protein found on B cells, a type of white blood cell, which can help the immune system eliminate these cells.

GEMCITE
Indications, dosage and administration: See package insert
Composition: Each vial contains: Gemcitabine Hydrochloride I.P. equivalent to 1g Gemcitabine as active ingredient, 1g Mannitol I.P. as stabilizer, 62.5mg Sodium Acetate I.P. as buffering agent and Hydrochloric Acid Solution I.P. (10%) and/or Sodium Hydroxide Solution I.P. (10%) may be added for pH adjustment, Water for Injection I.P. q.s. 25ml.
To reconstitute: Add 25 mL of 0.9% Sodium Chloride Injection (without preservative) to the 1 g vial. Shake to dissolve. This dilution yields a gemcitabine concentration of 38 mg/mL. The total volume after reconstitution is 26.3 mL. Further dilution with sterile sodium chloride solution 9 mg/mL can be done.
Storage: Unopened vials should be stored at room temperature (below 30°C).
Reconstituted solutions of Gemcite are stable for 24 hours at room temperature. Solutions of reconstituted Gemcite should not be refrigerated, as crystallization may occur.

Bortezomib injection is used to treat multiple myeloma (blood plasma cell cancer) in patients with or without a previous history of treatment, and mantle cell lymphoma. Methotrexate is in a class of medications called antimetabolites. Methotrexate treats cancer by slowing the growth of cancer cells. Methotrexate treats psoriasis by slowing the growth of skin cells to stop scales from forming.
