Acalabrutinib is a chemotherapy drug used to treat certain types of blood cancers, including mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) and chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). It is a selective, second-generation Bruton's tyrosine kinase (BTK) inhibitor, a type of targeted therapy that works by blocking the action of an abnormal protein that signals cancer cells to multiply. 

• Ovarian Cancer: Paclitaxel is used to treat advanced ovarian cancer, both as a first-line and subsequent therapy. 
• Breast Cancer: It is used to treat breast cancer, including adjuvant (after surgery) treatment and metastatic disease. 
• Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC): Paclitaxel is indicated for the treatment of NSCLC. 
• Kaposi Sarcoma: It is used to treat Kaposi sarcoma, particularly in patients with AIDS. 
• Other Cancers: Paclitaxel may also be used to treat other solid tumors.
